Background
I graduated from Saginaw Valley State University with my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. I have also been trained in vision therapy, reflex integration therapy, sensory integration and have special training with Autism and ADHD.
I have worked with children in the schools. I have attended IEP meetings and aided parents in advocating for their children. I also have worked in the home. Due to this, I have experience with coaching parents and collaborating with families for progress in the home and not just in therapy. Along with schools and homes I also have experience in an outpatient therapy clinic which is the service I am bringing to Northern Michigan.
About Me
My wife and I have three children. Two boys who are 4 and a daughter that is 2. We enjoy spending time together and outdoors as much as possible.
I grew up in Swartz Creek MI and went to college at Saginaw Valley State University. At SVSU I obtained my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2013. Following graduation, I moved to Danville Virginia. There I worked at a pediatric outpatient clinic/schools/homes for 5 years. After moving to Northern Michigan I realized how limited resources were for the children in this area. This is why I started Sensational Life Therapy, to bring much deserved and needed resources to my community.
I am a licensed with the state of Michigan and registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
